The golf warm-up, you say? Do not you expect to run on the track, take out the BIG DOG, engage in piracy and start your race? Is that what you do? Please try to deal with yourself directly. Assuming this is the case, what was the result on the teeing ground? I bet it was not even a norm! Am I wrong

I have no intention of receiving a surplus of taunts, but I must sufficiently differentiate myself from the importance of golf warm-up activities to maintain a strategic distance to these huge numbers.

Is it true that you are with me? Great.

Let me talk to you now, as if you were a competitor for a moment. It's time to relive the days of greatness.

Remember the day you had a game, an encounter or a rivalry. Did you miss the field or the court and started your game?

I do not bet!

You did an explicit warm-up game, right?

Is there a good reason why you would not play golf at this time? Ah ... I did not understand it!

They would certainly warm up. Do not just hit balls. That's the worst thing you can do. To plan an ideal run on the course, you must do golfing activities to warm up.

Now imagine the golf swing and all its moving parts. The shoulders are dynamic, if not the most dynamic of the golf swing. It is, therefore, better to do several activities for this area.

Should not we say something about your golf attitude? Well ... you have twisted your stomach and you have low back pain, hamstrings, and glutes. Therefore, you should do some warm-up golfing in these areas.

Did I persuade you? If not, keep your daily practice the same and expect similar results. I prefer not to be too negative, but I'm sure you need to do your warm-up activities.

Here's a warm-up exercise for eight people I've prepared to get you off to a good start.

I regard him as a squat with a raised arm:

* Feet shoulder-width apart.

* Place the racket in front of you and hold it in place with both hands to compensate.

* Lower the body by bending at the knees and not at the hips.

* Raise the racket horizontally in front of you in a similar moment.

* Get up, lower your arms and kick in several times.

* Keep your chest upright.

This is an amazing mixed practice that warms the legs, lower back and everything at the same time.

So, the next time you arrive on the course, you're still doing a golf warm-up upstairs.
