One of my favorite activities during homework (or outside) is the essential training of the burpee. How could I find something so energetic that seems so useless? Because it is as simple and essential as possible, it has a revolutionary effect on well-being and obesity. The Burpee is a kind of weighted cardio that you can use effortlessly for an incredibly powerful intermediate preparation exercise.

 

As you probably know, the high energy intermediate preparation is the best cardio technique for working muscles and fat.

 

There are many alternatives for interim preparation with high strength, but Burpee exercise is fast, convenient (you can take it anywhere) and too powerful. You may remember practicing the burpee in the assessment school as a "squat push" during your fitness tests. How to do a Burpee workout:

 

  1. Stay with your hips shoulder-width apart with your hands separated by your sides.
  2. Get on the floor and put your hands on the floor in front of you.
  3. Move your weight towards the arms and kick your legs so that you are in the plank position.
  4. Bring your feet back to their single point.

Set a clock for 10 minutes and determine the number of burpees you can do during this time. Remains as moderately as expected. In the next exercise, try increasing the number.

 

Find out how much you need to make 100 burpees. Sit sparingly as you would like under the circumstances. The next time you do this exercise, try to reduce the time required.
